Around the Vildmarksvägen their are many places that are definitely more than worth a visit! In addition to several impressive wonders of nature, like the 43 meters high waterfall „Hällingsåfallet" with Europes longest water filled canyon, or the Bjurälven, a river that partly flows underground, there are f.e. many nice and interesting museums, romantic old wooden chapels and churches and little traditional enterprises.

Don't forget to have a taste of the fascinating culture of the Sami – Especially in the old Sami meetingplaces Fatmomakke and Ankarede you can learn a lot about the Sami people.
