Mountain Moose Moosepark

Stora Blåsjön is a picturesque little mountain village, nestled in among the mountains of Northern Jämtland. Here we created the little wildlife park where our two tame mooses Hilda and Herbert live.

While we show you around you can have an unforgettably close contact with our friendly mooses! There is an information room where you learn more about the king of the swedish forest. In summer you can meet our mooses every day at 11.00 AM, 1.00 PM & 3.00 PM

Entrance fee: Adults 100 kr
Children age 8-15; 50 kr
Children age 0-7; free entrance accompanied by an adult.

Mountain Moose Café

In Mountain Moose Café we serve among others homebaked tunbröd (speciality from Norrland) and cake.

We have a small souvenir shop and a playground for the little ones.

Experience the unique wilderness around Stora Blåsjön, have a rare meeting with a moose, and relax with a good cup of coffee in our café!
