We offer a FITA outdoor track as well as courses for beginners in a wonderful scenery in the village Järvsand at the Flåsjön.
Our FITA outdoor track
Our targets are positioned on a wide meadow near the Flåsjön. The outdoor customers range from 30/50/70/90 meters. You can easily shoot with strong bows up to max 60 lbs.
The fees for using the FITA track is 150 kr/day per person. New FITA target faces of 80 cm and 122 cm are included in the price. Further target faces can be bought.
Hunting points are not allowed on our Grounds.
Our Courses for beginners
We offer courses for beginners on the archery field next to the camp ground “Siberian Adventure” in Järvsand. In a training unit of two hours we teach the basics of how to handle bow and arrow and shooting and scoring a target without sight. This corresponds to the original way of archery since its beginnings of about 10.000 years ago. The techniques of shooting and scoring can be improved in further training units.
The course takes place in a group of 5 participants. The language in the course is German or Swedish. The archery equipment is included in the price.
Fee: 200 kr/person
Time: The time of the course can be arranged with us.
We can advise you, if you plan to buy an archery equipment.
Are you keen on shooting with sight or compound bows? We offer individual training units, please bring your equipment if you prefer these kinds of archery!
Where you can find us
Järvsand is situated in the north of Jämtland at Flåsjön, 30 km north of Strömsund. If you drive through Lövberga on the Highway Nr. 45 turn left and drive further down, direction Alanäset/Gäddede. The FITA outdoor track is next to the camp ground “Siberian Adventure”. A sign with information will help you to contract us.
Possibilities of staying overnight
The camp ground of the “Siberian Adventure´s Northern Sweden” offers possibilities for camping and place for caravans as well as rooms or cottages.
